Monge Sparkling Wine VEQPRD Ribatejo
Grapes: Castelão Vinification: Exclusively vinified from the Castelão red grape variety. The basis wine gives origin to a white sparkling wine, processed in the classical method. Alcohol: 12% vol. Tasting Notes: Light straw colour, fine and persistent bubbles, delicate aroma of ripe red and dry fruits. Persistent taste and freshness. Natural Cork Serving: Perfect with 'aperitifs' or with some meat, fish and seafood dishes. Serve fresh between 8 and 10ºC.
